How do I send feedback or report a problem?
Email support@silverai.com. Telling us your device model and iOS version helps us help you faster.
Are my photos sent anywhere?
One photo is sent to be cut out. When you add an item, a downscaled copy of that one garment photo goes to our background-removal service, which returns the cut-out and does not keep the image. The original full-resolution photograph never leaves your phone, and the request carries no name, no account and no device identifier. Separately, if you choose to show an item to other users in Khám phá, its cut-out is published to them. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is sent.
Where is my wardrobe stored?
On your device, in Wardlayer's own storage — your items, outfits, wear log, calendar and photos are all local. There is no cloud backup and no account, so deleting the app removes them. Keep your own copies of photos you care about.
What happens to my measurements?
They stay on your device. The three measurements and the reading derived from them are never uploaded — not to us, not to analytics, not as a value and not as a range. They're optional too: the wardrobe, outfits, calendar and wear log all work without them.
Is the body-shape reading a verdict about my body?
No. It's a suggestion for choosing clothes, worked out from the numbers you typed. It isn't a diagnosis, a score or a judgement, and Wardlayer is not a health or fitness app — it deliberately keeps no history of your measurements.
The background removal failed, or cut out the wrong thing.
Put the garment on a flat, single-colour surface in even light and try again — that's what the cut-out works best from. If it still fails you can save the photo un-cut and keep using the item normally. Background removal is free on both tiers, and a failed attempt costs you nothing.
What does “Thêm từ link” actually do?
It opens the shop page you chose in a browser inside the app so you can pick the garment's picture. The app takes that one image, and the item's name and price when the page states them — never a cart, or anything you type there — and adds nothing of yours to the request the shop sees. Wardlayer is not a shop: we take no commission and nothing is bought in the app.
What is Khám phá, and who sees what I publish?
It is the tab where you show one item or one outfit to other Wardlayer users. Chia sẻ asks them for a rating from 1 to 5; Hỏi ý kiến adds one question you pick from a list, and they rate it and suggest corrections. They see the cut-out, and on a Hỏi ý kiến post the attributes you chose — never the item's name, brand, price, your measurements or who you are. Only you see the ratings and answers. Nothing is published until you confirm, and you can delete a post at any time in Khám phá ▸ Bài của bạn. The community rules say what may be posted and how to report or block.
What does Wardlayer Pro give me?
An unlimited wardrobe. The free tier holds 20 items; everything else — outfits, the wear log, the calendar, measurements, your wishlist and background removal — is free and unmetered. Pro also gives you more room in Khám phá: 25 posts open at once instead of 5, 50 posts a day instead of 10, and a post that stays open 60 days instead of 14. Items you already added stay yours to read, wear and delete whatever your subscription state.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel. Changed device or reinstalled? Tap Restore purchases in the app.
Why does the app ask for the camera, my photos and my location?
The camera is only for photographing a garment; if you refuse, you can still pick from your library. Photo-library access is asked only when you want to select several photos at once — picking one photo uses iOS's own picker and needs no permission. Location is asked only if you tap “Dùng vị trí hiện tại” for an outfit suggestion; you can type a place instead. Wardlayer never asks for contacts, notifications or tracking. Change any of this in iOS Settings → Wardlayer.
